TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellations: 
Please give at least 24 hrs notice for cancellations, all cancellations will be refunded by the method paid. If you fail to cancel by giving the minimum notice required a 30% cancellation fee of the total amount due will be paid. Unless such cancellation is caused by severe weather, death in the family or a medical emergency. If I can’t make the appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will contact you first and then contact your emergency contact, e.g. a friend or neighbour.
Extensions: 
 If you require additional days after agreed schedule, please phone or email me, I will send you a separate invoice with the additional charges, please pay this within 10 days of your return date.
Incidents: 
The health and safety of your animal is my prime concern. I do not know all its habits and rely on you to tell me anything about your animal that may lead to an incident where your animal is injured or causes an injury or damage to another. If such an incident happens because you did not tell me everything or because of something outside of my control than I will not be responsible for any resultant loses.  
House Cleanliness: 
I will clean up after your pets to the best of my ability. Please inform me of the designated area for the appropriate cleaning supplies. We request that you provide plastic bags, towels, cleaning products, paper towels and bin bags. 
Injuries: 
All instructions will be followed regarding your requirements for your animals and your home. The utmost care of animals will be taken, but if an occasion arose that your animal was taken ill or injured whilst in your care, we have may feel it necessary to get immediate treatment from your vet, or our local vet, depending on the nature of the situation i.e. ongoing medication etc… A £10 fee will be charged for every visit to the vets, I will not be responsible for any veterinary charges. A separate invoice with the additional charges will be email / sent to you, please pay this within 10 days of your return via the payment methods listed below.
Medication/Vaccinations/Immunisations:
I will follow instructions to administer medications as directed but cannot be held responsible for complications that arise as a result. I am not able to administer injections. It is your responsibility to ensure that your pets are up to date with their flea and worming treatments. 
Extras
Any extra items that are brought for your pet whilst you are away e.g. food, visit to the vets will be invoiced to you on your return, please pay this within 10 days of your return via the payment methods listed below.
Payment
Invoices will be sent by email or post before work commences. Payment is required before the first visit date and can made by cash or bank transfer.  Cheques not accepted. Where payment is not received, I reserve the right not to proceed with any previously agreed arrangements. 
Key Collection: 
I will collect your keys during the Meet and Greet session, when you fill out the paperwork. Keys are always kept safely and are labelled with your pet’s name. I will not give keys or access to your property to anyone else - unless agreed by you first. I will keep them for future visits or you can request them to be posted back once we have completed the visits. I will not leave the key inside the home in case you become delayed & we need to get back in for added visits. If keys are collected after the Meet and Greet session, there will be a small charge.
